Its team has more than a decade of success in providing equity or equity-linked capital for growth financings, buyouts, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Since its founding in 1993, BACI has invested $2.5 billion in more than 125 transactions, and is investing from its fifth fund totaling $1.0 billion from Bank of America, its sole limited partner.
