Salud! Chilean Wine Fest will make its debut in South Florida from November 1-18, 2007 bringing South Florida gourmands the opportunity to sample the premium wines that have put Chile on the wine map. The first annual Salud! Chilean Wine Fest in South Florida will feature special wines-by-the-glass programs in the region's top restaurants and hotels, as well as a series of tastings at premier wine shops showcasing top Chilean varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Sauvignon Blanc.

Seven of South Florida's most acclaimed restaurants will be showcasing high end Chilean wines by the glass and five of South Florida's best wine retailers will be hosting free Chilean wine samplings throughout the two week festival.
