On June 25, 2007, Acuity Mobile introduced Mr. Bomhardt as their new vice president for engineering.

Mr. Bomhardt, an expert in the areas of analytics and system scalability, will contribute to the development of Acuity's mobile advertising platform, EMAP.

Mr. Bomhardt will be tasked with further enhancing the EMAP platform to meet the growing demands of Acuity customers and partners.

Prior to joining Acuity Mobile, Mr. Bomhardt was a director at American Express, where he managed software development and support activities within the Global Corporate Card IT organization. In this role he drove innovation and the selection of new products and services across all of the company's global business units. While with American Express, he won the prestigious Chairman's Award, the highest honor within American Express for Quality and Innovation, and implemented innovative solutions that helped reduce operating expenses by $25M.
