Colbie Caillat, formerly number one unsigned artist on MySpace, with the singer/songwriter's major label album debut, Coco, has become number one on the iTunes Album chart. The album soared to the top spot of the music industry's most popular entertainment destination in near-record time.

The album's first single, Bubbly, has also climbed to the top tenty of iTunes pop singles chart, becoming a top-requested hit across U.S. radio stations, and aptly showcasing Caillat's dusky range and low key acoustic style.

The video for the single was shot on location in Malibu and Santa Barbara, California, with the video being added to VH1 this week.

Rolling Stone magazine identified the laid-back singer just a few months ago as one of the music industry's most promising unknown talents. Now the California native finds herself as one of the year's most in-demand newcomers. Colbie will open for The Goo Goo Dolls this summer on their U.S. tour.
