On December 13, 2007, Advanced Technology Institute announces the appointment of Richard "Dick" Daigle as campus president. Mr. Daigle brings a wealth of experience in advancing technical education to ATI's already successful training programs. Prior to joining ATI, Mr. Daigle was president of VCTech in Pelham, Alabama where he was pivotal in vastly expanding a curriculum which received national recognition from industry as well as industry publications.

Prior to that position, Mr. Daigle was a regional director of admissions and director of education and career services, ultimately becoming vice president of operations for WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming. During that time, the automotive school tripled its student population, doubled its facilities size, and expanded from one to five locations locally. Dick Daigle also assisted in expanding the school nationally by managing the opening of a Pennsylvania campus.

Richard Daigle began his career in the Marine Corps as a heavy truck mechanic. After completing his bachelor of science degree in industrial education and technology, he received a commission in the Air Force. There he served twenty years as an instructor, navigator, manager, and director before retiring.
