The Fontainebleau Resort in Miami, Florida originally opened its doors in 1954 and was a favorite stop for many celebrities and politicians including Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Betty Grable, JFK, Golda Meir, and The Beatles. The arrival of the refurbished Fontainebleau is planned for June 2008.

Announced August 2, 2007, Inspection and Valuation International (IVI) was selected to provide project management oversight services on behalf of the construction lender for the renovation of the Fontainebleau Resort. The revival of the Fontainebleau's golden era appeal also includes expansion of accommodations and meeting facilities.
