On January 1, 2008, Microflex, developer of disposable examination gloves, a subsidiary of BarrierSafe, announced the launch of Cuff First, a revolutionary new system of glove dispensing.

Cuff First is the patented glove dispensing unit from Microflex providing mobile, on the-go protection. Cuff First comes packed with either 20 Supreno SE (standard exam) gloves or 10 Supreno EC (extended cuff) gloves. In addition, there are two optional accessory items available (and sold separately) -- a clip and a holster. The Cuff First clip can be easily mounted to any surface, minimizing storage space and increasing accessibility to the right size gloves every time. The clips and holsters securely fit the Cuff First dispensing unit to belts, cots or visors.
