Highlands Ranch is a 22,000-acre master-planned community in Douglas County, approximately twelve miles south of Denver, Colorado. In 2005, the community was ranked by Robert Charles Lesser & Co, a leading independent real estate advisory firm, as one of the top ten master-planned communities in the country.
