On October 5, 2007, Columbia Bank announced the promotion of commercial banking officer, Kevin Meabon of the Seattle Commercial Banking Group to vice president.

Kevin has been with Columbia Bank for over three years and was previously with Washington Mutual. He is a Puget Sound native and earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Washington.

A resident of Seattle, Kevin is involved in the local community through several organizations. He is involved with the Snohomish County Boys & Girls Club, on an advisory board for the Alderwood Club, and is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
