On August 16, 2007, The Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas introduced its new web site, which presents updated information about all tribal operations including its government, history, news and the sixteen different programs it offers.

The new web site opens with an artistic rendering of an eagle flying over the open prairie with a river running through it. Visitors may visit seven main pages including home, government, history, news, programs, Plum Creek and contact, which offer a number of sub-pages with detailed information about the tribe.

On the home page, a video greeting provides an update of the tribe's growth. The government page presents an organizational chart of the tribe's current leadership, its vision, and its mission.

The history page offers a complete tribal history including a sub-page with maps of tribal migration and copies of treaties with the United States government. The news page presents a chronology of major tribal news announcements and events.

The programs page discusses the sixteen different programs the tribe administers to its members and the community, with explanations and contacts for each program.

The Plum Creek page provides an explanation of the Kickapoo in Kansas Tribe's need for more water and a timeline of the Plum Creek reservoir project.
