Announced August 20, 2007, Kyle Roblee has joined Alpha Natural Resources as director of corporate development.

Kyle Roblee has experience with project finance, risk management and the debt and equity markets. Most recently he worked on renewable energy strategy and mergers and acquisitions for DTE Energy Services in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He also led the greenfield development of Heartland Steel and led Citigroup's transportation and equipment financing team in Houston. Roblee earned his MBA from Rice University and BS in business administration from Purdue University.
