Mary Mosqueda

Mary Mosqueda is based in Lockton's St. Louis office for Lockton's compensation consulting practice. She has more than fifteen years' experience in compensation, human resources and work/life programs including development and design of both public and private sector salary management systems, performance management and incentive plans. Prior to joining Lockton Companies, she was Compensation Practice Leader for Wachovia Employer Solutions Group. Ms. Mosqueda also worked for the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She has worked with a wide array of public and private organizations in St. Louis and across the U.S.. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Communication from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. She is active in the Alliance for Work/Life Professionals, Employee Benefits Association of St. Louis, WorldatWork and is a member of the WorldatWork Compensation Advisory Board.
