Announced August 16, 2007, CommerceTel and iLoop Mobile have partnered to offer CommerceTel Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology for mobile initiatives delivered by the iLoop Mobile mFinity platform. Brands, marketers, content owners and enterprises can include voice-based audience interaction with their mobile initiatives by leveraging this strategic relationship. The combination of iLoop Mobile applications for SMS-based initiatives and mobile content distribution and CommerceTel voice-based mobile technology offers companies deploying mobile initiatives an array of mobile initiative opt-in and participation options.

The CommerceTel technology allows callers to interact with a campaign by dialing a voice call and using familiar voice menus and touch-tone commands, or receive a voice call by sending a text message. The iLoop Mobile technology powers a suite of interactive text messaging, alert messaging, and mobile Internet programs, as well as mobile content delivery optimized for each individual phone model. Content is delivered quickly and allows the user to instantly execute the campaign call to action.
