Plug Power develops and deploys clean, reliable on-site energy products as it integrates fuel cell technology into backup and primary power products for telecommunications, material handling, utility and uninterruptible power supply applications.

In March and April 2007, Plug Power acquired Cellex Power Products and General Hydrogen Corporation, leaders in the development and commercialization of fuel cell solutions for electric lift trucks.
