An American Hispanic and native Chicagoan, Rosanna Pulido is the founder and current director of the Illinois Minuteman Project. In 1999 she spent ten months serving as a missionary at Instituto Ministerial-El Calvario, El Carmen, Nuevo Leon , Mexico. From 2001-2003, she worked as a Police Dispatcher and observed fraudulent document abuse by illegal aliens and the danger it poses for our law enforcement officers.

She is one of the original Minutemen who served at the Historic Arizona/Mexico Border Watch in 2005 as well as the Illinois Spokesperson for “You Don’t Speak For Me” -- American Hispanics speaking out against illegal immigration.

Rosanna appears regularly on TV and radio broadcasts and in the media throughout Illinois, including several National appearances on Fox news including “Your World with Neil Cavuto” and CNN.

On May 22, 2007, Rosanna was invited to before the U.S. House subcommittee on immigration.

Rosanna Pulido has been an election volunteer coordinator for the National Rifle Association since 2000.

Professionally, she is currently serving as an advocate for senior citizens in Chicago. In 2004, she created and produced a talk show for senior citizens and their families called Caregivers Radio. In 2005, she served on a task force seeking solutions to Senior Citizen transportation on the northwest side of Chicago.

On June 28, 2007, she participated in a roundtable discussion on immigrant integration.
